Apple Watch
The Blood Oxygen app takes an on-demand spot-check lasting roughly 15 seconds, available on Series 6 and later plus Ultra models. As of this writing, it isn't continuous or automatic overnight in the US market.

A systematic review of 65 studies across 72 devices and 29 brands found energy-expenditure error exceeded 30 percent for every brand tested, Oura and Apple both included, even though step count and heart rate performed comparably better.
