We'd rather hear from you than not, especially if we've gotten something wrong. Here's how to reach the right place.

General questions

For anything that doesn't fit the categories below, write to [email protected].

Corrections

If you've spotted an error, or you think we've represented a study unfairly or out of date, this is the one we most want to hear about. Email [email protected]. Real corrections get made, and significant ones are noted on the page. Being able to be corrected is part of being trustworthy, and we take it seriously.

Editorial feedback

If there's a metric you wish we'd cover, a question your wearable raised that we haven't answered, or a way an article could be clearer, write to [email protected]. We can't reply to everything, but it shapes what we write next.

What we can't do

We can't interpret your personal readings for you or give you medical advice. If a number worries you or you have symptoms, the right person to talk to is a qualified healthcare provider who knows your history. Our medical disclaimer explains why we hold that line.
